They made the finals and came 3rd i think, they lost 1 game all event i think, unfortunately it was in the finals and they came 3rd on body count. they suprised everyone by not winning. Only losing 1 out of 14 games they really did deserve to win the event.

How many of the rookie teams are actually in their first season playing? dont most teams play locally at a higher standard (say AM)then play the nppl in the low division (say Novice)?

Now seeing as Wad is Mr Rules, I'm sure he'll correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe tha rules state

No player from any other class may play Rookie

I also believe even Novice teams are only allowed two Ams and no Pros

Now I don't know whether these guys have an official NPPL rating against their name, cos obviously things changed after last season, but I would say that in the spirit of tha law, and probably in tha letter, they should not be playing rookie.

not sure if thats right teej. In the MS you can step down from any class, but you cannot step up again to that class later in the same year.

At Campaign, Broccoli and Goose (both pros) played in the Am B (i think) section as guests, am b is the same as US Novice.

also at portugal a guy who was a pro last year played novice (US Rookie) with his team

untill someone steps up from the rules commitee and says this has to stop, it never will.

I recently received an email from Chuck related to this subject and for purposes of classification the NPPL recognizes the status of Mil Series player classification.

Y'all may wanna rethink that Pro category prognostificatin' as I 'spect to see a Strange entry asap.
