Duff, u r correct, at the time Nial had told me the decision was to give it to Pete Martin, he also told me it was most definitely going to be taken from a minimum of three teams !!!

As far as I know the only people that have purchased tickets to
Portugal is Dynasty and Gateway. I spoke with Ron Kilbourne of the Bushwackers and he was going to purchase his this week. I don't believe Evil is going because Mike Lynch had sad to Gateway that he would play with them in the Millenniums a Month ago or so. I don't know if things changed on that so don't quote me. Alex is going to Mardi Gras this week to help coach the SC ironmen in X-ball....He is suppose to talk with Paul Adlers of Strange and sort things out about the US team hopefully.
I have not spoken to Rocky of the Naughty dogs, but I heard they got a really big sponsorship this year so I hope they will be going to Europe. They definitely have earned the trip. I know that Avalanche will only be going to Toulouse and Campaign at best because those are the only ones that Glenn will be attending.

Anyway things aint ready yet, we are still getting the details right, and as soon as its ready we will go out and inform everybody.
A big problem have been that Millennium board people have tried to give information that turns out to be wrong ( ex have to pick from 3 teams ) beacuse alot of people want the info now.
Then after it turns out to be wrong we have read how stupid we are etc etc..
But I will try to answer everything you guys need, under the condition that it may change OK???
Plans - each team play 1 x-ball game on 4 millenium event
each team reff 2 x-ball games in there 5th event.
The 6th event ( Campaign cup ) the 2 best from each group play a semifinal and then a big final or the 2 group winners play the final directly.
the idea is that team 1 and team 2 play the world cup finals in Orlando. ( we may see dynasty there afterall)
So if we have 10 nations, 8 will play and 2 will reff on each mill event. And each event will have no more than 4 x-ball games.
Games will take place friday afternoon and saturday afternoon. If the event is played fri-sund.
take a look at it and tell me if you find any big faults in this system.

Magued, then why doesn't Nial come on here and explain to me and everyone else why he told me Pete Martin was going to be asked, he also told me that when you guys on the board made the decision to ask the top ranking team captains (remember this is what he told me) he said that he alone protested against your decision as this would give him a real problem because he would have to tell me I wasn't going to be asked !!!!!

And by the way Mag, since you guys have had to change from Paul Alders of Strange to Alex of Dynasty (because it is the right thing to do as far as you are concerned), then by the same criteria, I should now be offered the captaincy of the UK team since I was never offered it before.
After all, surely what's good for the Americans is the same for us ?

wasn't it changed from strange to Dynasty because Dynasty are the number one ranked team for that country
