the best speedball style harness you can get which lets you put pods back in easily whilst wearing it is the empire liquid hinge pack. by taking off one velcro band, the pack swings around to let you reload it without actually taking it off.
Other than that, as suggested you can use a drop bag attached to a vest of some sort. As a tourney player, i don't own any kit like this but on the rare occasion i venture in to the woods, my nxe elevation pack is easy enough to slide pods back in to even in the middle of games.
