LOL- thats cool pinky, it's always a pleasure to discuss fashion with you

what about really long velcro on bits- like Rase slider panels with a flap that folds over the top to stop it being peeled off when supermanning?

Replacement panels would rule as my knees always wear through- i'm such a big heavy boy!

i think the current trend of padded knees is a bad idea- i'd prefer to have a heavy duty material on the knee section that could be worn through and replace easily if needed- and belt loops, did i mention the padding and loops?

One idea to keep youre pads where you want them is to sow the top of the knee pads to the bottom of you slide shorts. Someone on my team did this with his Jt skinz and it seems to av worked for him.

One comment for the "super" trousers is to avoid reflective strips. The angel pants av them and i dont really see the point of them except to look stupid on photos until they have worn in abit

Benfrain, you want the Smokin' pants, my friend. Contrary to what anyone might think, they are always in the right place when you land on them, and they don't constrict the knees at all.

I like the built in pads in the new JTs better, but for what you are talking about, Smokin' is the exact thing.

could always contemplate the possibility of something similar to the zip off trouser/shorts that are available,

this way it could be possible to have lower sections of padding, and lower sections without, still zipped on so they wont move, allowing for the padded and non padded pants

pads similar to the jt 2k4 style so they cover a large enough space to counteract slipping...

just a thought, no doubt i have missed something due to the early nature of thsi post :p........who in their rite mind would b up at 1130 in holidays! ah wel

heydy hey

hey ho, i stitched my skinz into my jt pants with success, bassically i stitched the top loop in and left the bottom free, this allows the leg to stay baggy, it totally makes a difference i was so sick of pissing around with them sliding down my leg, but i have to say this is one of those paintball "**** ups" that the clothes manufacturers have done, also they do not provide any armour for family jewels !...another might be (and excuse me for being a wimp) why not make the playing tops a turtle type neck, filled with a bit of foam to protect throat ? i have resorted to wearing my old rash vest from my surfing days (only when its cold) but we can all agree it sucks getting shot in the neck !
