Umm... okay...
Well Anyways, like Sean Diamond said, if at all possible I'll try to get my knees under me, just for the sake of mobility. If not, then I'll try to look at whatever side is inside and post on whoever I can from there, concentrating on only one side, hoping that my back guy will be watching my back. Usually whenever I hit a 50 bunker, I try to shoot across the other side of the field, rather than straight on. I'm laying down, and chances are the guy on my wire is gonna have a better shot than me. Sometimes you can pop over the top to get cross shots that you can't make laying down (and some of these are VERY easy shots that people can't see when they're laying down), but of course, being in the front it might be a little trouble. That's something that I do only when I'm sure I'm not taking heat from anybody.
The snake kind of works almost like any other laydown bunker, except you have a potential for progress, and bettering your angles from the same structure. Moving down the snake is difficult without having your back wire put in his mirror. Even with your wire not shooting at you, sometimes people in the center can drop paint in over the

Also, a thing you might want to do in the snake on the wire is immediately crawl back to the tail - when you first get there, it'll be very hard to advance when everybody's shooting at you, and sometimes you can get pretty good angles/free kills to start with, without having to progress down the snake.
