Is Robbo ignoring me?

Hey Micah, I ain't ignoring you, it's just that I thought making the trip over here four days out of every month may well strain your resources and on that basis I thought it better to resist your application.
I mean, if you been playing pump all this time, then you are soooo well suited to playng X-Ball and just what we are looking for !!!
Cough....'irony'...cough !

GOOD LUCK TO NEXUS

HEY ROBBO,

Good luck with Nexus no doubt you have the talent in your squad and I agree with you totaly on taking the professional approach to the team and sport.

The Kellys are gonna rock this year too and we are also taking things more seriously and to the next level. Look forward to playing you guys again, many have said to me that the game between Nexus and Kelly's at shoot the rainbow was some of the best paintball seen for ages, lets hope we both suceed in our goals.

This years gonna be interesting ......

I think your team, the Kelly's, is one of the best four teams this country has at the moment even tho you are Am.
If you keep working, then it's gonna happen and as you know, you guys had four or five people involved in the X-ball play offs at one time or another, so the quailty is most definitely there.
Good luck to you all !!!

Re: Robbo... more questions

Crazzzy, well there's really not that much else to come out, I have outlined the main points in previous posts but to answer your questions :-

Firstly, the top US pro teams who are playing X-Ball, the likes of Aftershock, Ironmen etc, will be precluded from playing outside the X-Ball format and that includes the Millennium (as far as I know) but that does not mean they will not be playing in Europe because it may well be that after tonight's meeting of the PSP, where they finalise their plans for the assimilation of X-Ball, that Europe will be hosting their own X-Ball tournaments in what's to be known as the European Conference.
In the US, there will be five teams making up the Western Conference and five teams making up the Eastern Conference.
The American teams will each be required to make two trips over here and the same goes for us, each team from over here has to make two trips Stateside.
This will be known as the World Series.
Now all this is contingent on the PSP accepting the plans that some of us discussed over that meal in Orlando, if they are not, then I doubt whether X-Ball will be played over here as any other proposal would in my view, just have us playing second fiddle to the Yanks.
The creation of this proposed World Series consolidates the European standing in the game and assures all those who invest in X-Ball, a degree of security that just wasn’t there prior to our Orlando meeting.
All this could well end up just pie in the sky but there seems to be a groundswell of opinion within the powers that be over in the US and over here, that perhaps X-Ball is the future and on that basis, a lot of people are trying to create the right format and infrastructure that would give us all the best possible chance, both sides of the Atlantic, of attracting TV.
A World Series that hosted the Yanks, Russians and the rest of us Euros is an attractive package especially when trying to sell it to Yank TV.
All becomes clear on Friday morning !

Thanx Robbo. Looking forward to friday morning as I demand you to post all the details, wether you are allowed or not ;)

As far as I know, Aftershock, Dynasty, GZ, SC Ironmen, Strange, All Americans, Bob Long's Ironmen, Avalanche, Bad Company and last but not least Trauma.
Now that could change in a heartbeat knowing that lot over there but I think this list is the one they were working on....I think :)
