Tabatha hasn't come back to Planet yet so we can't return it to you just yet, maybe we should raffle her off to the lowest bidder.LOL
The rest of you out there
Planet have used many couriers over the years and so far non of them are perfect but some are better than others. Currently we are using TNT for the large stuff (over 2kg) and Royal Mail Special delivery for smaller. Both of these services work quite well. The couriers have to get a signature for proof of delivery and I don't think anyone would be happy if they just left it on your doorstep to be nicked. Planet are now moving over to UPS who offer an email service so if you order online and give your email address you will be notified when the order has left Planet and also if there are any problems with delivery. If your package is delivered to a different address you will be told where it has been left in the email.

Ive just sent my matrix off to ian down in Devon... I hope it gets there ok, starting to stress now, saying that i havent had that many probs with deliveries apart from not being on time....
