They are all ****!!

Ive had my Impulse sent back from UPS before, waited a day and nothing had arrived - so i spoke to UPS the following day who said it would be in the depot. I asked them to send it out to me again but they couldnt do it!!! So i drove 10 miles to the Depot to pick it up, but they couldnt find it- they spoke to the driver who said he delivered it to a chap working on his house nearby!!

They didnt have an address to were they left it, so i just drove round until i found the house.

£800 just delivered to some random.

And royal mail sent me a WDP package for a shop order to Exalibur Paintball !!

Your luck you even got a card - I was waiting for 2 weeks for an item, it was only by chance that I went to the sorting office to see if thay had had anything there, low and behold they did on top of that it would have fitted through the letterbox and didn't even need signing for

Needless to say caused no amount of worry for me and the guy who sent it - hey robin :)

But I got it in the end but they are bloody useless......
thought the story was becoming familiar as i read it through....yeah it did concern me a bit! I would have to send you your money back and you know how much i hate parting with cash....unless its for a bargain:rolleyes:

shhh, i guess i shouldnt tell you this but....

Dont bloody trust parcel force :)

Did some temp work for them a few years back, and it was a great laugh. No one really had a clue what was going on, u just took out some parcels and tried your best to get rid of them. If people werent in, we were told to do our best to get rid of the parcels, neighbours, garages, over the back fence etc etc etc. That kinda sucked for some people.

But what made it worse was the state of the depot, just piles and piles of parcels, chucked about and pretty much all getting messed up together, so that it could end up on a route miles from original destination, hence why parcels go missing. Not saying posties are dishonest, but if a parcel from oxford ended up on your round in say devon, what u gonna do?? (ps i never did this cos i was too lazy to think about it at the time ;) )

Special delivery is prob the best option as it is at least insured :)

In a bizarre twist of fate

Jools was supposed to be sending Tabtha down today - instead, an Impy we sent Jack to review 6 months ago, which we presumed had been sent back to Smart Parts, turned up...
