Absolute bag of crap.
I've just got of the phone to their customer services who assure me that no-one from their company picked up a parcel from my work address on 03/04/03.
Funny then that I handed my parcel to a guy in a blue parcel force uniform who stepped out of a big red truck with parcel force written on the side and who gave me and signed a 'pick up sheet'....... To$$ers.

Royal Mail special delivery are no better. They tried to deliver a parcel to my home address, no one was there so they left a card but forgot to put the reference number on the card.

I go to the depot to collect the parcel, guess what, they've lost it.

The card I have has no reference number so there is nothing they can do. I am also unable to contact the person who sent the parcel.

to$$ers!

Your luck you even got a card - I was waiting for 2 weeks for an item, it was only by chance that I went to the sorting office to see if thay had had anything there, low and behold they did on top of that it would have fitted through the letterbox and didn't even need signing for

Needless to say caused no amount of worry for me and the guy who sent it - hey robin :)

But I got it in the end but they are bloody useless......

Ok from the top.

I arranged to use Tabatha for the Uttoxeter leg of Series 2003 (she Rocks).
Time came to send her back so I rung Parcel force to arrange collection. We arranged that they'd pick her up on 02/04/03, well despite several calls to parcel force they never turned up, no biggy I thought and arranged collection for the next day. They came late afternoon, took her away and gave me a nice slip of paper that both me and the driver signed, with a tear in my eye I waved her on her way and thought no more about her untill I got a mail from Duffy this morning, 'Subject Tabatha' whats this I thought??? "Apparently she's turned up with a guy called Chris in Salford???!!!???" Well apparently instead of delivering her to Colchester ESSEX Parcel force delivered her to a nice chap called Chris, in Salford!! He was a little bemused at recieving a marker as he was expecting a computer monitor.
Well Chris used to play a bit of ball so gave Julian at Planet a call to find out if he knows anything about why he's had a marker delivered to him. We later find out that not only did Chris used to play a bit of ball he actually used to play on the banzai's!!!

Needless to say Tabatha will shortly be on her way back to PGI towers, NOT via Parcel Force!!

Hmmmm,

TNT are ****e too!!

1) Ordered two Halo B's from Planet
2) They tried to deliver em, I was out, left a card with contact no on
3) Phoned up to say I'll come and get em, they said we'll put the box aside
4) Goto depot next day to pick em up
5) Surprise surprise they've not been left in the too collect pile
6) they then spend 1 hr 15 mins hunting through the "Grays" pile to be delivered, not there
7) Ask me what the package looks like:rolleyes:  "err dunno mate box about (does big fish, little fish, cardboard box type thing with hands) this big, just like the other 634,896 others in this warehouse"
8) Warehouse man goes back to hunt around depot
9) I scan the warehouse from the glass office waiting room and can vaguely see a PlanetEclipse logo ontop of a pile for Saffren Walden (which is about the furthest point away from me in Essex)
10) Guess what there my f'ing Halo's!!!!!

Only spent 2hrs waiting for the sodding things.
