The problem could easily be sorted.

Ban the sale of "entry" level markers in England..... you know, the real cheap crap...............
thats what i should have said:rolleyes: rather than
ban guns alltogether.

i think it was TOOLE who said he saw a group of scallys walk into
planet and they aske 'what is the cheapest gun you can sell us?'

imean a group of scallys wanting the cheepest paintball gun in the shop... c'mon... its not like they were gonna cause trouble with it:rolleyes: .......

yes i think banning low level markes would work... .but on the other hand... idont think some paintabll companys will like it.

Here's an option.
In Queensland Aust where I live you have to complete a gun course ( shotgun and rifle ) and apply for a gun liscence to be able to request an permitt to aquire a paintball marker as they are classified as a firearm and must be over 75 centremeters long or are considered a concealable weapon.

That is what we have been trying to change to a more scaled down version such as.

Paintball markers not classified as firearms.( so we can import them)
All markers registered but not as firearms. ( to track them )
A separate governing body ( not firearms dept ) to regulate the registration of the markers.

We get the odd driveby shootings ( when some idiot rents 8Mile) but as not all markers are registered it's the law abiding players that get searched when this happens. I thnk if the process is simplified and cheaper then it would be used more.

Sorry for rambling but am at work and bored.

no you dont need a licence for airsoft/paintball guns
but i know for a fact you nee to be over 17!

and do you seriously think that 11 yr old shoulkd be buying
800psi (or is it 1800?) c02 bottles without an adult?

that shop is loopy?

but i supose planet would sell a paintball gun to an under 18 (with in reason though...but i doubt planet would lash out paintball guns to a group of 11 yr old scallys!!)

*nudje* planet we know you do..but just sent an exaple for this post:D ;) :p
