Paintball Association Cup (Inter-Town Tournament) - Official Announcement

I agree to all of that..

Hatts, are you planning making the PA cup into a league of some description? If you where are you planning to use at venues. One problem, like you said, is lack of cash.. and a LOT of the teams do not have the money to be travelling all over the country every month, transpots, overnight stays etc etc are all expensive.

I do think that the PA cup is an EXCELLENT step in the right direction..the big question is what next?

Question

Obviously big cites such as Manchester, Birmingham, London etc are going to have a surplus of players. This could mean that these excess players could find a small village and adopt that name. Is there going to be a rule that requires a member of the squad to live in the town/village, thus protecting a town/village that has only a couple of serious players from being represented by outsiders, at the detriment of thier home grown players.

Can we use Pompey street rules [ask Hotpoint about this?];)
It would only be justified against Scummers (for non Portsmouth types that's the proper name for people from Southampton btw) :D

I look forward to chanting the Chimes on field ;)

Well I'm skinted, but some of the Freaks are from around Pompey way, they may be up for a trip up north where the air is cold (although I doubt Witton Castle will be as cold for the PA Cup as t was for the Inter-Uni ;) )
