I didn't say it like it was a bad thing... i actually said i loved the fields. The fact fields 1 and 2 were similar to last time was just an observation and i was wondering if anyone else had noticed it. :)

Well spotted, that was in fact intentional. Some of the key positions were the same, some small changes were made, but the 50 on F1 was the same as for the previous round, however the stand ups on the 10 were further much further apart and the bricks on the 30's & 40's were orientated slightly differently so although the field was largely similar in lay-out it wasn't exactly the same.

The JT field was pretty much identical to round 2, same as we did with the Powerplay field in Rounds 1 & 2.

Big change coming up in Round 4...only 7 bunkers per field...all on the 50 :D

What was the sky crew like, how many cameras, mics etc, and any word on what is happening with showing it.
Flipping heck Steve, calm down ;)

2 cameras, they shot from 9:30 to around 4-ish...mostly field one from the tower then close up stuff on the other fields...then a few interviews.

Trust me, when we know it's getting shown we will tell you...I promise.

The nice thing is the director and the camera crew were kind of suprised by the whole thing and really excited. They told Gillie they got some really great footage and the director was really pleased with the interviews. These guys shoot sports events all the time so I figure if they're excited about it that can only mean good things ;)

Thats great news! :D Like you said, it's their job to film sports so if they think it's good we can only hope the general public will.

This does mean that if it starts getting shown on sky ill av to fork out the money for it at my uni house :(
