being over 18 means that you are leagly culpable if you cock it uk. the scariets thing i have heard of is a welder by trade talking about filling his bottle up with pure oxygen you know the stuff that will explode under presure when mixed with oil.
and this was a man who had to do health and safty courses for his job on this stuff

When i was doing my engineering apprenticeship, the company i worked for had a seperate welding shop from the main toolroom, and the welding apprentices usually came from the rougher side of rover way.
