Though H-PAC do many of the UK tournaments and they do the air for Millenniums, there are plenty of sites out there with their own compressors and different rigs can have different operations for both filling and venting e.g. levers, knobs that need turning.manners87 said:On the game day registration. would only need to be a half hour + course. let it take place before the compys are turned on. only problem is for those that have no common understanding of english... or what we like to think is english . if it is posted up on websites and is made common knowledge. and are there different ways that air is pumped? i mean ok on training sites it will be different. but for tournies surely it would make things safer? and what different companies are there that supply air? HPAC and....? im sure that air fill stations are managed the same way on european tournament series right?
thankyou for your comment. (hopefully another side to this rough diamond polished off).
And I'm afraid that I'm cynical enough to think that there would be a number of problems with getting people to take the training e.g. turning up too late to take the class (few paintballers are punctual in my experience), people who have been around for a while avoiding it because they already know it all (in THEIR opinion) etc - don't forget that the incident at a Millennium this year was caused by an experienced pro player!
