Desperate people sometimes do desperate things, others do despicable things.
The only way out for him, and here I'm referring to the Valken problem alone, is for him to guarantee a cash settlement such that it satisfies the Valken people.
Can barnett achieve such levels of persuasion?
We all know he can BS for England but does this mean he can buy himself more time?

It's not impossible I suppose but if achieved, it's but a temporary solution to a truly desperate situation that can only deteriorate.
Sooner or later, his flawed psychology will once again emerge to infect all those around him.
I'll keep you posted ...

Incredible....
You first rip-off a company of 'x ' amount and keep their products.
Then you turn up with the same products/goods to compete against them.

This idiot has skin thicker than a croc.
If i was Valken, i would not only pull his a$$ into their tent, i would pull his internals out his a$$.

From seeing the posts about Valken going there themselves to sell their paint and support the valken teams, I was waiting for something like this to happen. In my mind it goes a little the mafia finally pulling in the little guy with the big mouth into the back room, giving him a kiss on both cheeks before Mr Big Cheese slits his throat.
It probably didnt go like that. But I do wonder what was said, and how long TB stayed on site.

He references DV8 are with him, and all the order sheets of Valken. Are DV8 with SL or Valken, and are these teams he references Valken, or SL?

So lemme get this right,

He turns up to cpps with a van full of valken paint and sets up in a valken tent, telling valken sponsored teams that he's supplying their paint with valken also on site after dropping them in it for 60k?

Well now, this can only end well

Quick question, if a valken sponsored team goes to deal with shoreline instead of directly with valken, is that kinda like breach of contract? would all their sponsorships be void since shoreline are no longer the UK valken distributors?

The question is whether it's Bluewater sponsoring or Valken.

Plus Bluewater, as far as I know, doesn't exist as a company; it is just a trading name being used, but by which Ltd company?

It's all a bit cloak and dagger. Who knows which company they are entering into contract with? I'm sure that is the whole point.

Another thing to consider about assets. Shoreline Aberystwyth Ltd was Dissolved a good while ago, so which company owned the physical business of the paintball site, prior to the registration of Event Experience Ltd and Shoreline Outdoor Ltd? You can only assume it was Shoreline Events Ltd. Therefore you'd expect that asset to be liquidated to settle liabilities, whih presumably has been done by transferring it to either Event Experience or Shoreline Outdoor.

It's now declared that the 'Shoreline Paintball' trademark is owned by Event Experience Ltd, but that trademark still shows as owned by Shoreline Events Ltd, a company that is now not trading.

It's definitely a 'tangled web' that's been wove.

He's trying to act as though everything is ok but there's one slight problem with that strategy, it only works if most people are blissfully unaware of what's really going on but in this case, everyone knows !!!

How long can he keep up this facade?
Well, I think next midweek sometime will be his date with destiny because that's when we'll know if he's been able to come up with the money for Bully.
I'm not privy to the exact time but I can work out this much - he couldn't have paid Bully because we would have heard about it, if not from barnett but from Steve.
Now, this means barnett must have told Steve he will be paying next week sometime in an attempt to give himself more time otherwise Steve would have cancelled the use of his site and told everyone.
And so, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday must be D-Day .....
Steve couldn't leave it any longer than that because it's cutting things too fine.
That's my guess anyways.
The next few days will seem like torture for barnett as he gropes desperately for some cash or credit line.
I can't see him getting it but you never know, he might get some but it's a short-term plaster.
Life's a frikkin bitch sometimes especially when you've behaved like barnett.
