Dexter it was like that last year! The safe zone area housed fatbobs, Bluewater and Justpaintball (nothing compared to when i first went in 2012) and the whole thing just felt like a walkon! They were even offering UWL Players Staargate tickets for £25 and lets not forget the so called Valken Graffiti Paint in temporary boxes....i shot Graffiti all last year and that wasn't the same stuff. For anyone that has played Staargate this will help sum up how packed with players the event was......a group of us walked to the mines and held it for 50 minutes without seeing another player then we left it because of boredom!

There's an odour of finality wafting through our sport/industry as barnett's destiny struggles to come to terms with the consequences of his past behaviours.
It must feel like quicksand for him as D(osh)-Day approaches and he has to come up with the money for Bully's site.
It's gonna be a looooooong weekend for the fuhrer as p8ntballer meticulously documents his predicament upon reaching 152,000 views ...
I think we can safely suggest his fall from grace wasn't a private affair.

There's an old adage that examples the lunacy of human behaviour when the band on the Titanic continued to play as it sank .....

It doesn't take much to work out how this relates to barnett's present position :/

If the stock was purchased from Valken by Shoreline Events Ltd, and now being sold by the new Shoreline Outdoor Ltd then that stock would have formed part of the old assets of Events Ltd. If Outdoor Ltd bought that stock from Events Ltd for a normal market price then it's all legal, but should then leave that value in the old company. If, however, it was bought at an obviously lower value, eith a view to asset stripping the old company and leaving nothing for creditors, then it could amount to Phoenix Comapny fraud.

If all done properly then it's a completely legal move. Morally is a different story. In the past he's bleated on about behaviour that 'isn't scenario' or is 'very very uncool'. What would he deem this kind of behaviour then, on his self proclaimed scale of 'unscenario' and 'uncool'?

Having a Limited company provides limited liability only if you act in a legal manner. It doesn't protect you from everything. The Directors still have personal legal responsibilities, for which they can be held accountable.

Update Alert !!!

I have it on good authority that barnett turned up bold as brass to the CPPS this morning and he set up as if nothing was wrong - however, there's been one slight technical hitch because representatives from Valken turned up and promptly pulled barnett's ass into the tent.
As to the subject of discussion?
I think money owed may well prove the discussion point, and as we now know, barnett ain't got none.
Oh dear me, such a tangled web he weaves.....
