I have deliberately resisted making any mention of Valken because I've got no grief with them or Gino.
And this is why I've made sure to focus on my problem and not on any collateral associations. We were aproached by Shoreline, and there was no illusions of grandeur, no

Dave, I may be having a blonde day but I'm not sure what you are referring to but as for barnett acting the Billy Big Bollox, I don't know what he was or wasn't told re the selling paint at Millenniums but he was larging it up in telling his teams he's the man who's gonna be handing the stuff out; like a lot of things Dave, it's not so much what was done as against how it was done.

barnett loves to act out the role he imagines himself to be and he's maybe come a cropper on this one but you also said you weren't aware of what was happening in the background regarding barnett's exclusion, however, a few people are well aware of some of the details surrounding the chronology and motives behind decisions relating to this.
Even so, it doesn't take too much to work out that barnett's involvement was never gonna be a positive factor, quite the reverse I would think.
But then again, that's just my opinion, albeit a tainted one but this doesn't in any way detract or undermine anything I might say or speculate upon with regard to this situation.
I think if we put ourselves in the position of having being severely abused and purposefully antagonised in front of a lot of people, and then the person responsible for that wants to come over to your house .. I doubt the reception is gonna be a warm one to put it mildly.

What I meant was, and it's happened before and is equally backed up by Petes post, is that it would be easy for Tim to say to his teams "yeah, Valken are supplying" only for it to fall through no fault of his own. A lot changes in the off season, new players and suddenly the game shifts. It's happened before and is something I've been caught by this year as well.

I know you've purposely tried to resist saying Valkens name, but this issue is SHOREly (lol, pun) sitting solely with them. They set the deals that their dealers will be able to hand out, and if they are unable to deliver it would be an issue of theirs.

It's worth noting, I have NO affiliation with Shoreline, bluewater or what the **** ever they're called this week.

As far as we know, the situation hasn't changed and so I cannot confirm 100% until I get a call back but I've been in touch with someone close to the people involved and he's as surprised as me.
However, paintball has this unerring capacity to dumbfound and so I'm preparing myself for a big fat surprise to come knocking on my door.
I'm gonna be acutely interested to hear the circumstances surrounding this affair because when you are told something by someone you trust, you tend to believe it but maybe I'm expecting too much from people, we shall see soon enough.
As I say, once I've had it confirmed one way or the other, I'll get straight back to you all.

People now have to take a long hard look at just what their associations with him cost ...,
