Short answer is yes I do know guys who were his customers and who have gone to his events. Whether or not they read these pages I have no idea, and whether or not they know the 'full story' or 'just the internet drama' I don't know. To be honest with you I don't ask. I've expressed my views on the matter and essentially it boils down to 'play paintball, don't do politics. If the event is good, play it.'

Looking at the afghan event, it seems to be £65 a ticket, plus £33 for a box of the same paint shot at SoA II. Not really sure how that is gonna wash (in both senses of the phrase) with the site owners. Particularly after the 'Urban Paint Test'.

Robbo, re Shoreline's continued customers

Many are very casual players, only attend a couple events a year usually SL ones. There's a lot of players who don't know better, they play at a SL event, have fun and come back. They don't realise that there's loads of other better events that cost less and are run by less crooked people. Beside the guys who 'don't do politics' there are many that don't use the FB groups, don't go on forums and so don't see the hate.

I used to stick out of things and defending Tim / Shoreline, but what he did to Gino and lie about his breakup, changed me. I will never attend another game of his.

H, I'm not sure there's much he can say because when Gino says he was 'screwed for 61 grand', the only thing barnett could say is, 'Gino's lying' .....
Now if barnett ever did say that, which of course he'd be mad to because it's so easily proved otherwise, the best and only course for a scum-sac like barnett is to say nothing.

At least that way, he can maybe maintain some vestiges of doubt which is better than no doubt at all.
We all know barnett is a pathological and consummate liar but for those guys you mentioned earlier, the occasional players know no better.
They just go to his events and are therefore blissfully unaware, or indeed couldn't care anyway.
Actually, this does not bode well for barnett because he cannot count on that player demographic to remain in business.

This thread is possibly read by the vast majority of ballets from both the tourney and rec sides of our sport, and so people for the most part, won't generally tolerate sh!t-heads like barnett and they'll vote with their feet which is why we are witnessing the decline in numbers at his events even though he claims otherwise.

As Dave [Warfighters] speculated earlier, I think barnett's days are now numbered .... My fingers, toes and eyes are all crossed.
Our sport needs a bucket of Lactulose ....
