I have been following this for ages and have looked at the whole of this thread. I've never met tim Barnett and I'm not likely to. In my opinion its time that people stopped having any dealings with this man and company. And those that do. Get out now while you can.
The paintball community is a tight community. Let's help all those that are dealing with company's thought Mr Barnett cut him out and deal direct. Other company's that can help teams that are dealing with Mr Barnet get them away from him to.
Doing this would cut the money stream that Mr Barnet is so reliant on. Pull ukpsf accreditation from him(if he has it already). We need to clean this up from our sport and community.

As we are in full swing with our 2015 sponsorship promotion and signing lots of new teams, lots of crazy rumours, stories and allegations are popping up on the internet.......the timing is probably coincidence

Some of the posts are aimed at the owners of the company and shockingly their young children - which most normal people would consider unacceptable and even by paintball standards is a new low.

The police are now involved, which is why the company is unable to comment any further until due process has been completed.

Clearly the man simply cannot read. He was the one who accused someone else of abusing his children, without going to the police at the time I might add.

I find it unlikely the police are involved, even if they are what crime has been committed by someone who is simply recounting their experience?

I think (although I've not checked) that libel would be a civil rather than criminal case and the police would not get involved, if it is indeed a libel case he intends to pursue then I'm guessing Lee can back everything he's said up with documentation apart from perhaps the stuff relating to the deception involved in obtaining the site from a family member.

The paperwork relating to the sale of the company is likely retained somewhere, and it should be farily easy to prove the reason entry to the US was refused. What he's written about Tim's charity idea is just one word against another but I'm sure a forensic accountant could find evidence of financial iregularities, if there were any, at which point the tax and VAT man would become very interested.

I'm also assuming that Robbo has checked his sources before making statements of any facts, he's also differentiated between what he's stating as opinion and fact in all his posts.

Oh Nooooooo, please noooo, barnett has got the police involved, eeeekkk, my knees, they are visibly shaking ........ not through fear I might add but in anticipation of the police getting involved in protecting an alleged drug dealer, an alleged attempted fraudster and lord knows what else this creep had hidden away with his inflatable women in a cupboard somewhere, all of course, is my own opinion

I welcome any police involvement because it necessarily means he has to substantiate his outlandish claims. The last time I checked, an individual cannot be legally responsible for anything that is said, as long as it's the truth ... and everything I have said, is just that.

There are more than enough people here in this thread who would also wish for the police to get involved because it means barnett will HAVE to come up with reasonable grounds, and I'm afraid, he wont be able to do that.
On another note, here are my observations with regard to Barnett's response [or rather lack of response] over this last day or so ...


it is obvious from Barnett's recent posts, he has either entered a period of abject denial or indeed, he is going to try and wait this one out in the hope it will all go away by the time he pulls his head out of his own ass.

This specimen has stated that this thread has been planned in some sort of conspiratorial agreement between many respected people in our industry ... I suppose he's doing one of two things here, both of which are the desperate machinations of an individual such as he.

To deflect blame onto a conspiracy is the way he tries to rationalise things in that fuk'd up head of his; he makes himself out to be a victim here and an integral part of that strategy is to shift responsibility away from himself.

Alternatively, he realises this particular occasion is a lot more serious than in the past because this time, injured parties have been named and they have stated their own experiences with him... and let's not forget here, the sheer number of people he's betrayed and abused is astonishing, even for him.
In his head, he has to appear unfazed by it all and he attempts to trivialise these posts in order to downplay this whole saga whilst in the meantime, tick .... follows tock ..... follows tick ......

He has a small collection of chronic haemorrhoids who congregate up his ass as long as he keeps feeding them with sponsorships and deals of some kind - people such as andy sables and dale ford will join the Fuhrer in his metaphorical paintball bunker but as time passes, even those two cheap mindless idiots will find their positions beleaguered ... if there's one atom of integrity in either of those two specimens, then now is the time to let people know you no longer wish to be associated with someone such as barnett who stops at nothing to get what he wants. I think it's time for you two guys to think more about your own skins than staying loyal to someone like barnett ....

Mind you, I've heard that dale ford, a bastion of integrity and the 'selling one's ass for the price of an ad' has written a few words of support to the Fuhrer that went something like this, 'Co-ordinated attack, nice'.

Has all this been planned as dale ford seems to concur with?

Look at that list below for a second, just look at the sheer number of them - dale ford is effectively agreeing with barnett that this was all a conspiracy, a co-ordinated attack by the hierarchy of UK paintball.
ford is insulting every single one of those guys in his vain attempt to show loyalty to his 'friend' and benefactor, herr barnett.
I wonder how many other people ford has supported who have used their own children in a fabricated tale of sexual abuse solely contrived to destroy the integrity of someone who's dared to question barnett?

The problem for someone like ford is now, barnett made those sexual-abuse accusations on-line for all to see and read, and hundreds of people have done just that; barnett cannot now possibly deny he wrote them - does ford believe it's all made up?

It seems that ford failed to do any homework before he opened that ignorant mouth of his, it's either that or he elects to ignore the fact that barnett used his own kids as ammunition ... maybe it's time ford did some responsible homework .... there, ya see, I've just opened a back door for ford so's he can escape, and as he makes his way through the door, he tells us, 'Oh, I've checked it out, you were right, barnett did put those sexual allegations on the net; I've now seen the light, barnett's a monster' ...

I wait, baited breath, to see if ford allows his name to be dragged into the sewer any further, or finally, a pair of M&M's take residence between his legs.

This time is different from other occasions, a lot of his band of supporters are now conspicuously absent and have gone on the missing list leaving a few beleaguered souls trying to rally round their fuhrer.

I really can't think of anything else I might be charged with but bottom line is this, let's say for instance his libel charge came to court, and let's assume the court resides in the US, and let's also assume, barnett has lots and lots of money [he hasn't by the way] if we assume all that, then let's for argument purposes say he could win the case ... what then?

Cannon, you are correct, when that crap went down with barnett and his charity appeal, I got in contact with the police and the charity commission to find out what I could.
Unfortunately, the way things are set up now, it's exceedingly easy to embezzle a public appeal for money unless it's a registered charity appeal, and of course barnett's 'Support for Soldiers' wasn't registered in that way, in the way that Help for Heroes was structured anyway.
