I can set one up if anyone does want to chat... i'll be happy to run it etc. if you're just worried about the time consumption. It may be good just for people to hang out and get help right away without having to wait for forum posts.

People have done so in the past, some even tried to do it in the name of p8ntballer. We don't want one. We'd rather keep a giant ''log'' in the form of these forums, so that whatever gets discussed will be there to be viewed again by people in the future. It makes the information less fleeting.

However, feel free to set up a chatroom, but don't do it in our name please.
