I think mIRC would be your best bet, You could ask questions straight away and get answers back in secounds instead of hours or even days. But I thihk its up to the mods to set this up. Also you could advertise paintball to the online gaming community and advertise the webby.

why bother with the hassell of setting up servers.. might aswell just piggyback on quakenet at least u then get the perk of Q and L bots
