I'm impressed, the author of this one managed to spell all of the words correctly
Who are you referring to?

how exactly can a completely non-standardised game whose rules differ among no fewer than 5 different "professional" leagues be considered for an standardised international competition?
How may different professional leagues are there in hockey ? ;)

I was referring to the last petition that was posted up trying to get paintball into the Olympics in which half of the words were misspelled.

Unfortunately I know absolutely dick about hockey as I personally find it completely unbearable to watch. But to my knowledge, hockey is played pretty much by the same rules on the same surface with the same format all over the world. The same couldn't be said for paintball. You've got 5 different "Pro" leagues, each of which uses a different number of players, different rules for points scoring, different rules regarding equipment, different field sizes and layouts - it's a disaster, it's a complete mish-mash. There's no nationally or internationally agreed upon rules, no official governing body, rules committee, regulatory board, nothing.
