Don't buy any new equipment yet!
Out at the Maxs Masters last year we had 5 guns doing exactly the same. It was a bit embarrassing when our back centre guy, who was shooting over my head, had one drop off which caught me square in the back of the head!!!
Anyway, all we did was adjust the sear lug on the hammer by about a quarter of a turn. Never had a problem since!!!
May be something as simple as that!!!
