You'll have to get a complete story from Pete and 26 as I ain't there--and given the weather, I'm not as unhappy as I was before--but I've heard there was quite a lot of suspect player conduct and marginal reffing responses and field conditions didn't help matter either.
Not restricted to Dynasty either. ;)

Well Done Nexus!
Top performance, only 1 game dropped in the prelims.....:)

Not bad seeing as this was your 'practice' year.

The weather is here, wish you were beautiful. :D

Actually, the weather was pretty beastly. Hot, humid, muddy and alternating between scorching sun and drizzly rain - often within 10 minutes of each other. Definitely one of the hardest events I've ever worked.

I'm pretty sure we'll hear the rants of Dynasty favoritism again, which IMHO are BS. I talked to people who were on the field that game and it was a mess from start to finish. Just a bad situation all around, and not helped by either team's reputation (deserved or not)

OK, whale. Then maybe you can clarify a coupl'a things--was the result altered after the game--more than once?! And if so did the rules change during that time period?
Just what did the team's reps have to do with anything unless you are implying it factored into decisions that were made either on the field or after the fact?
And while you may think issues of favoritism are unfounded apparently parts of the crowd didn't agree as Dynasty got booed during the finals.

Oh my God Paul, a crowd's boos now being symptomatic of the truth ?????

:)

Crowds will boo at the slightest hint of scandal, real or not !!

Dynasty did not get any favoured decisions no more than Rage got victimised but somebody had to be the loser in this and once decided, the bullsh1t bandwagon was gonna be set off at full speed no matter which way it had gone...

In the end, the right final decsion was made, Magued and the rest of the judges made the calls and they stuck by them...nuf said I think !!

That pretty much sums up how I feel. The decisions made on the field stood as called.
