NPPL reffing getting worse, bias increasing or teams bitching more?

Imagine a sponsors championship, a bit like the formula 1 constructors series and the sponsors have a kinda overlord power over their teams, the sponsors started to ask teams to drop games for the other X sponsor team to go ahead to affect the overall standings......hmmmmmm that'd be interesting.

well, I finally saw the Ava vs. Strange game

I know I am abit late on this one, but I just saw one of the games that spawned this thread. If Traumahead's footage is accurate, then it was incompetant, biased reffing. On that note the admission of the refs that they saw one (out of the 5 or so) of the players leave early show that they were not incompetant. They saw the infraction and for some reason, either bias or lazyness did not pull the player. Strange has the right to feel slighted by the officials.

I do think that PRO is step in the right direction. I understand that some players feel that they are not quite competant yet. After watching the video of the Ava/Strange game, this point is a joke. Are competant refs that fail to implement the rules any worse than incompetant refs?
