I measure things in bullets. It would take 3 bullets, but if you were a skilled sniper with a very highpowered weapon you might be able to do it in 2. I would still take 3 bullets though, just in case.
Actually scratch that, I would need 2 full clips, as I would likely empty all remaining slugs into the shortest of the three 'marks' just to take out a little extra aggression.
Seems to me the feeder system works once people have to qualify to get into the NPPL proper at Div 2 or 3. Feeder circuits will get guaranteed spots in the divisions. I have to confess I am not up to speed with all the ins and outs, but I think its one of those things where people are spending a little money now because they feel there is value down the line. Of course this may not be the case, but no-one parts with their money unless they see value in it, much less multiple people, and there appear to be more and more people signing up for feeder events, so perhaps the 2 of you are missing some of the benefits, or just ignoring them, or are as unaware of the detail in the program as I currently am.

For example, from the Walker press release:
"The NPPL Official Feeder Series program offers ID cards, player tracking, ranking, team statistics and many other benefits to both the player and promoters."
NPPL doesn't actually provide any of those.
