Having just read the article not only is what the Sport England Spokesman said "crap" it was an outright lie

We were turned down for recognition for a reason that isn't even in their recognition criteria (which incidentally violated their own regulations)

well done guys...as ive said before its all are jobs to keep chipping away at the media, look for any way to let ppl know about us....... as dazdread and i call it,be "a media tart"......last year i did a write up in my works mag...1000 people now know tournament paintball is out there

Well the Wednesday paper has the Job section in it , so it has a much larger sales number than any other day. The article ran on page 3 ( no topless shots tho ) , full page with 4 good photos on it. So there are potentially , 10's of thousands more people who could now know about paintball.

The quote from Sport England might not be the most acurate , but the point is , there are a lot more ignorant members of the public who now know we want to be taken seriously as a sport. So its got to be good.
