DAAH! just went to the planet eclipse shop walked upto the door noticing the shutters and read the tiny sign! "planet eclipse will be shut due to the NPPL events, and will reopen on the 28th" so...tomorrow!

id like to get an ego, since the eclipse shop is so close by, itd be easy to get advice off them when im in over my head rather than asking over email, etc.

my ex-gf's twin sisters BF was on an eclispe team with his best friend, he got an opportunity to get a ego nexus for a discounted price but couldnt afford it, unlucky guy! quit shortly after because he couldnt afford to keep playing, he played back and showed me his practise BPS, it was insane! just watching his ability to blow a case of paint in no time at all was hilarious!

markie told me theres a newbs day coming up at his place, so looks like ill go down there! hope i meet people in the same boat or a team who needs a player who will practise his balls off.

Anyone ever used reballs to practise snap shooting and stuff? im able to get 2 dive tanks off my uncle for free, though they need testing, so i was thinking theyd be useful for some back garden target shooting, to get my skill up to scratch.

if u use reballs just make sure if ur shooting ppl with them or training in a garden or something turn u VL down to about 180 220 fps cus if u hit someone with them a 280fps it will hurt.

markie c's newbie day seems like it will be just what you are looking for, will give you chance to meet a fair amount of the local players and ive yet to meet a player yet that wont take 5 mins to show a new player around their marker and let them have a go.
put the 8th of april in your diary and dont look back!
my personal advise i give to all new players.....buy a good mask before you buy anything else!

sorry we werent open today!!! only the production team (or some of us) left in the country franticly building egos but the sales team are back tommorow and normallity should resume fairly soon!

lol so i should expect some fairly jet-lagged welt-covered sales people :D

i totally understand, its their passion, its great eclipse understand they need to follow their sport!

im coming down on sat to chat with markie, sort out a few details and grt advice, hes been damn helpful so far! glad someone devotes so much of their time to helping out.

ive even cancelled a 3 day trip down south with my friend and scally mates (i was looking for an excuse!) so the runway is clear. theyre lousy drunks, so i dont want to be in the police van with them.
