the best way but not for all

the way i did it was to order a container load and as i spent a hell of a lot of money the yanks refunded the vat and import duty so all i had to pay for was the container and shipping which worked out at about £1 per marker, dear i say it Cheap as Chips.....

Hang on, isn't VAT and Import Duty levied by the UK government - our very own HM Customs & Excise? How did the "yanks" refund something that wasn't anything to do with them? Or did they just slap "gift" on the side of your container... lol
