Thanks everyone ive got to say though its been along time coming but well worth all the wait.
After being runners up two years on the trot it was a heavy weight lifted off our sholders. We felt robbed last year against Shockwave and this year well what can I say!
Me(L.B.) and Adam(R.B.) didnt even know we had won @ the end of the game we thought it was 3 to 2 in players left it was so unreal when we found out.

So anyway watch out for us @Campain and lets show all these southerners how to play ball

I didn't see the final 'cus I had to go ( lucky we didnt get through really ).
Any way , well done , you played some ****-hot ball all day. Certainly spanked our asses after dinner.
But we will have our way in the future though ( just not quite sure when ).

Once again , well done lads. ( especially Maggot in his first 'proper' tourny for Nitro. Any chance of having him back? ) .

Shame you missed the Final ..it was a fantastic game from start to finish.

Thanks to everyone who was @STB, we had a great 2 days.
Bully, thanks for the FREE! elbow pads, my nephew loves them .
And well done Nitro you guys were a credit to the event, a real pleasure to watch and play with.
Thanks again Bully, we look forward to being at another one of Tournaments.

just to add to the success of simply the best at elsham why dont you consider having another in the series... in mean STB unlimited paint(i know you have one in jan) but its limited..
it definalty brings in more teams because they enjoy the format and also its great for you as well 64 teams is always better than 32.. and also the bigger the event the more publicity it gets....
From most players a spoke to they all enjoyed simply the best to any other event in the series..
would you concider running another say in june as well

come on bully and russ you know you wanna!!!!


lets not forget all the catering staff as well who did a bang up job the ice lolly man and dan the planet man for winning the event!!
if i remeber right thats the second time nitro have got to the final in simply the best mmmm whats he giving you bully lol...

o and diablo paint i wont say more apart from its the dogs b******

Nope not a bee in my bonnet merely 'one' of the incidents I saw on that field, Penalty points were issued, thats fine I didn't know that when I made the initial post.
Apologies to the Marshalls, no mistake made there.
