Robbo, all the best in the 07 season. You turned a team of mostly novice players into a sick ass team in your first year. Now you have a team of pros who have no end of tallent, im sure you will do your self and the team justice proud if you chose to play on to the end of the '07 season.

Hello everyone

Just thought I would put a little post on this thread on behalf of the players.

Thanks to everyone who does and who has ever supported Nexus. It's true to say that our results of late have not been acceptable to Robbo, us the players, and also for our sponsors considering the standard of players in the squad and the backing we had and for which we could never thank them enough.

Still you have to try so, special thanks goes to Robbo for the training and opportunities he had given to us, Ledz and Jules of Planet for the clothing, E-Blades and of course the Egos, Dye for the clothing and playing kit and of course Andy Piper of PMI for the great great paint, Dave at D7's for the awesome training facilities, PGI for the continuous coverage, Empire, Traumahead Sports erm..... and everyone else that has supported the team, I know I've probably left some out, sorry to those !

Hopefully the above will continue to support Robbo's new Nexus should he decide to go down this road and give them the same great support we had.

We have made some great friends on our travels and hope to see you all soon.

I drop out of the loop and stop the forum hopping for a few days and then i see whats happened....



I dunno what to say really. I feel proud to say that I was there at Nexus' inception from the XBall Nations squad, to those long weekends snapshooting, the podium at campaign and the changes and shifts that the team went through particualy in the last couple of seasons.

I hope that Pete and his supporters can salvage something from the debris of whatever's happened.

From what i gather reading the forums, it appears a group of players left or were cut.

So what happened? Did the players decide that it wasn't working, or did the Nexus organisation decide to pull the plug on the players?

or was it a bit of both?

Or am i way off the mark? It's hard to tell what's what from reading forums... especially PBN.
