I'm trying to figure out the settings for my new Nexus E-Blade before this weekends game. I've read the manual and all those timing settiings look pretty confusing

First of all I've noyiced that my gun came with a factory setting on "Slow". Should I keep it there or try the "Medium" or "Fast" choices?

Secondly, should I make any changes to the factory settings or specific timing settings for a Halo-B loader?

Thx

Right..
First go into timing via the button under the grip...
TIMG...then go to FACT....select Fast setting.
This will give you factory settings at 10.5 BPS EYE OFF.
Go BACK, enter TIMG...go to CDEL...if you have a Nexus ram and QEV's, this should be set at 006....(might be set at 003)
Scroll down to COFF..this should be set at 020 (might be set at 028)
The only other thing you could fiddle with is the filters FILT...Check that EMPD is 002 and BALD is 001...next go to TPUL this should be around 004 TREL around 15 to 20..TPUL and TREL will affect how "bouncy" the trigger is.

CON in the TIMG menu will be at 065...this is only of any use when in EYE off mode...lower this to 40..or, start at 000 and go up until it reliably loads a ball, then add a couple of milliseconds.
In EYE on mode, it will fire as fast as you can pull the trigger/feed it.
SON...this is the sear on time..and will be at 004, you could lower it to 003 and see what happens at it will reduce battery consumption if it works.

Might be a good idea to make a note of each setting before changing them...just select which one you want say CDEL, hit the middle button, it will show the setting...make a note then hit the middle button again, it will say OK..then move on to the next setting.

Also, if you have a Black delrin bolt..which you should, eye should be set at 128 or there abouts

Agreed. :) No need to mess around with all that settings business. Just stick it on factory fast, add a Halo B and you are away.

Also...make sure your not using a Fangs ADB with the HAlo as it might push the balls past the detent
Well he said he has a new Nexus and I'm fairly certain they don't come with the Fangs ADB??

To answer your specific question Murat, yes, change from factory slow to factory fast. This preset was designed with loaders such as the Halo B in mind and should give you superb performance.

If you have hassle free playing at the weekend and like to tinker further then start to delve into the settings that skeetmaster mentions to fine tune if you feel it necassary but I wouldn't want to feck around with those too much until I've had it up and running as it should be first of all.
