This is how the News area should work
Registered or unregistered users should be able to read the News. There was a small, how can I say, c*** up, over the weekend, however, this should all be correct now - any problems please let me know.

The news can be accessed in three ways:
- Via the homepage where the first paragraphs of the latest 10 stories are published.
- Via the new NewsFeed Service where headline links are sent.
- Via the forums directly.

The News area is meant to be an informative area where PGI editors and contributors from around the globe post informative news stories. As such, posting rights have been restricted accordingly. If users wish to start off a discussion resulting from a story the theory is these should be done under the appropriate forums, eg. Speak Your Brains.
