The trouble is that the main links from the MAIN page to the News storys have a link inserted in them to indicate that they can read....you can't even read them other than what is on the screen....so the permissions to read them will of course be set for Mods and select people but us mortals can't read the full story...if there even is one...Hyperlink says to me there is more to read but can't do it....Locked threads can be read but not posted on. Looks like whoever setup this new shiny forum forgot to change something 
If you click on story title you should go to a page with a single "Forum-look" post. That post should have the lead info that was on Main page plus the rest of the content and any images that were included.Originally posted by Mark

And yes, it is a bit confusing as it looks like any other post and displays the usual options but you can't add a comment or access the post in any way, shape or form.
Nope it takes you to a page that says I don't have permission to view it etc etc....Honest Paul you can view the post as you have Mod status so you also wouldn't notice anything wrong. I can't see the Mods forum, though I know its there
