Hey People!

I'm gonna start tournys and such soon and need a new marker. Is the Nerve any good? Is there a particiular reason why not many people use them and why they are so cheap???

Would it be a good starter electro, as in easy to dismantle and to change modes etc as ive only had mechs like tippys and 'mags before.

Cheers

I would personally go for an ion!

Theyre cheap, fast and reliable. Contact 'psycho' on these boards. He has a few brand new in boxed for £100!

Thats what i would reccomend! Hope this helps.

if your going down the smart parts route matey get a shocker its much lighter and smaller than the Nerve alternately for ease of use get an EGO or an Angel both very low maintenance markers and if your budget can stretch get an 06 Ego currently about £500 in classifieds they're a peice sof piss to setup.. its all done for you :)

to be honest dude, your best bet is an Ion, they're cheap (even brand new!), already to got out the box, easy to maintain and with a lil extra for up's (qev, frirebolt etc etc..) they match most on the market.
with a budget like you're you can get a decent Ion, (speak to phsyco), tank and decent hopper, there you go match ready for not a lot.

thing is u can upgrade an ion as much as u like but its never gonna be as good as a shocker. If i were you i would rather take my time and buy a good gun that will last i.e shocker that buying an ion and having to buy a new gun later on.
