you might find that...

it still is the detents you have in there now...they might be worn or knackered...try the other stuff and if it isn't working then buy a new set of the original detents...might fix the problem...
Cheers, Robin

Just a quick note, the dwell does not adjust the ROF, the ROF adjusts the ROF. The dwell decides how long the ram stays forward, and the ROF decides how long the ram must wait before it goes forward again, you adjust the
ROF by removing the frame and there is a little thing that looks like the dwell pot, but its not...

have you tried taking the barrel off

turinging the halo on and seeing whether more than one ball pushes its way into the breech? (with the gas source off) try pushing the bolt back and forth a few times top see how the halo feeds... really i think it is going to have to be a process of elimiination in discovering the problem... Your halo is working fine and yet you are chopping balls...you are sure that these are bolt breaks and there is nothing that could obstruct the breech/ back of barrel? I really think it will have something to do with the detents...if the hopper is feeding fine and there is no shootdown then i think you will find it to be the detents...try the things i mentioned and anything else you can think of to test the detents and get back to me (are they very greasy and stick in too much? maybe the springs are too weak for a halo)

good luck, Robin ;)

oh and BMX not entirely sure but i think that the friring is also adjusted by the dwell now because when you increase the dwell it really won't be able to fire very fast at all (my experience with cricket boards)
