actually as you will see further down this thread..and in the pms..i have asked you twice to post a confirmed offer in this thread and not via pm..as stated in the rules. i also stated to u via pm until you placed a confirmed offer in this thread that the marker was open to sale to the first genuine offer..as per the rules. i fail to see what is to be reported? im happy to discuss details via a pm..but as i stated to you i cannot confirm a sale via pm. i had asked you yesterday and tonight to place your offer in this thread..alas to no avail. now urbangreg has done so ..therefore is offered first refusal. that all seems to be in order to me?
