Noticed in ya storm pics ya shooting with centre feed, why the change of heart??... still left hand shooting is no walk over, it takes practice.

Nice deal with National tho :D

Good luck

Darren :)
warp feed is well good once you make ya bunker but for a mid or front player covering that yardage and diving etc is just to painful and difficult with a warp feed, the shape tends to get snagged and stuff you in the ribs! were as the center feed just slides and is more manouvarable [spell?] i still think the Mag is the nuts and will use it as my 1st gun but the Alias is sweet looking as we have the deal with National and Empire (i know they are the same ish!:)) i thought id get one.

as long as balls come out at the speed i need i am happy! :D

Of course you all forget we used to play left handed. All the time, like me ole Gaff says, in a bunker the warp is the best, anything else and the centre feed just nudges it. I doubt everyone will switch back to centre. It'll just be a couple of guys.

Warp is def a faster loader than anything out there, and very consistant.

I may save up for a spare. An Alias as a spare would be great!

:D

Warps are aweful

Just my opinion but I reckon the sheer lack of paintballers who actually use them out there backs that statement up.

Go centrefeed guys - it'll pay

By that same reckoning Spyders are the best marker currently made :p

Warps have their disadvantages, but most people have never even tried one, they just form an opinion based on the looks.

Add the words 'Pro and Am tourney ballers' to Mark's statement for full effect.

Alternatively...

Warped feeds are ****.

No they're not.

Yes they are.

No they're not.

Your mom...

No, your mom

And so on...:p :p :p

Same here - loved it for the first couple of games despite the loud whirring it makes (zero profile, uber fast feeding) but then dumped a pot with a broken ball into my revvy and whoooosh!, paint through hopper, warp, hose, marker. It's bugger to clean out between games when that happens (although I'd rather strip a warp than a Halo with that poxy spring) ;)

Plus my arms ached like buggery at the end of the day due to the added weight. :D

Still I'm tempted to try one out again....glutton for punishment me :)

i have used a warp feed for about 2 years or so and on lots of markers and have never had one problem with it.
people who slate the warp have either never used one or only used it 4 a month or so.
it takes a while to get on with one but i would never ever not use one now.
to me centre feeds suck in 2 years i have had only 2 hopper hits using the warp.
i used a mates marker for a day with a centre feed and got hit on the hopper 4 times in one day that tells me a lot about using a warp.
thats my 10 quids worth
:D

it takes a day or so to get used to one iadmit, but once you have got used to the clear view down the barrel you can achieved a much tighter profile by a long way!

but if you venture up front you spend most of your game snap shooting, where you need lightens and flickability, and the centerfeed is great for that!

and the reason there are not many people using them is twofold, 1. everyone wants to look like everyone else
2. only a handful (relatively speaking) have actually tried them

i like my centrefeed now, but would still go to a warp if the field allowed it!:)
