Thank you ALL for your replies.
It's all much appreciated.

Was going for a 4-Stroke as I will be going to and from my college a lot and a Two Stroke will cost be a bomb in Oil but they do go fast.
(Nothing I worry about though as even on a 4-Stroke I'll be on A Roads 80% of the time so just cruising at 60mph will be perfect for me so 4 Stroke it is.)
Currently have a 4-Stroke 50cc Scooter.

HOWEVER AS FROM JANUARY 2013 ALL RULES ON BIKES and your LICENCE IS ABOUT TO CHANGE.
I have seen/Heard of this.
As it stands I wouldn't effect me any differently just means if I get a License and Pass my Module's then I would have to wait till I'm 24 to do a DAS Course to ride any CC Bike.

I won't be getting my license for a good year so I'm not to worried.

Thank you again Bluey for your information there.

In all honesty I think it's clever changing the laws and they aren't even that harsh. All its doing is stopping 17 year old idiots stepping on top a 800cc beast and killing themselves straight after passing their test. The reality is for 17 year olds passing their test they still have access to quick bikes, but they just need to wait a bit to be able to ride supersport bikes which they probably wouldn't be riding until they were a bit older/financially stable anyway.

Can you still ride a bigger bike 2 years after passing your test (i.e. legal on a big bike at 19 if you passed at 17?)
