you have to remember that orginally smart parts where going to distribute the evolve bolt kit, but after recieving some trial ones then proceeded to produce there own.

Which they then went on to sell and undercut evolve after evolve had done all the r&D. Freeflow and NDZ are in the same boat with there shocker bolt kits in that they infringe evolves patent

personally i would be pissed, but every cloud has a silver lining if you are now taking your bolt technology to a major rival to SP and then forcing them to stop producing a rip of your product.

I was under the impression that Dye is taking a hard line enforcing their patents related to the matrix. I don't know whether that includes any of the evolve bolt technology that is also used for the Shocker.

This whole damn patent thing is getting far too confusing.
