That would be interesting. Although SP can probabley afford to buy a licence. Evolove will have a price, even if they don't really want to sell.

For the record, WDP was the first company to introduce a vert frame. I think perhaps Evolve has examined WDP's other ongoing suits, and decided it best to consult with them/get their approval before continuing producing their frame. And perhaps while they were chatting so enjoyably with WDP, they decided, hey, why not team up against Smart Parts by dropping our patented bolt design for their marker? I'm with John C, anything bad SP gets, they have coming and then some.

I hope it is not just a cash penalty but that SP have to stop their embezzlement. Then perhaps we may see more freedom for the small manufacturers that can't afford the license.

I think people need to get a grip on themselves and stop jumping on bandwagons.

Mr pink I placed this on here cos I didn't know if it was SP related. I am not SP bashing or 'Jumping on the bandwagon' just wondering if someone had heard why they were withdrawing 1 product completely and stopping sales to the states on another.

crazy .......... if SP are infringing evolve's patent on the bolt and cannot produce the hi efficency kit then evolve has a massive market just waiting for their product - no one in their right mind would past this up just to give SP one in the eye, there's more to this or the report confused.
