tried that

reg never sealed, it just kept on leaking no matter how far the bottom screw came out

the bolt etc was pushed forward with the pressure, even without pulling the trigger ??

do you have a spare oring?
if not try puting a bit of vaseline on the old one

Right,
Screwed bottom right out

cocked the gun manually

attched air

air leaks out of vent hole as I screwed the tank right in the bolt shot forwards, without me touching the trigger, the it kept leaking out of the venting hole

tried lubing the O ring before hand too ??

ah sounds like you had the block pulled back still when you gassed up...not a prob

Have you got the bottom screw all the way in (clockwise) or out (anticlockwise) when you gas up?

Clockwise

The screw is all the way in, up inside the reg body, I ma turning it clockwise

more probs now, in that link from earlier did yo understand how he ment the 7-8 washers needed to be refitted? I took them out and dropped them so I'm notsure which way they went in as they are bevelled ??
