Good job on the fields!

I think that the ramping gun factor did fcuk up some of the plans you had with the design.
On the other hand less bunkers would have made the 15bps factor even bigger. I think that key killer bunkers like the snake or other 50 line bunkers should have been easier to reach. We couldnt take the snake without losing players almost every game. And I dont think anybody run faster than Mellis.

So if the Millennium keeps this stupid no skill 15bps bullshi* then the fields should be like this.

*extremly hard to lane in the break and very easy acces to the 50 line bunkers.

If not then the lanes should be more open but keeping easy acces to the 40 and 50 line bunkers garante aggressiv games.

In any case to much bunkers like it was in Germany is a problem. took like 3 hours to walk 1 field!

Obviously, it's too late to change the DMA fields, so let's wait and see how they play.

In the meantime, your (and other players') input will be taken into consideration when designing the Paris fields.

To Magued and anyone else that was at HB this year,

How did the Max fields compare to HB? Were they similiar? Better/Worse? I know we did not have 15bps ramping at HB, but I noticed the fields had a lot more bunkers on them, but it seemed to work well even with uncapped semi. I was not at Max so I don't know how they compare.

The HB fields had much less bunkers that Germany. Other than that I dont think it was a huge difference. But we only played 2 fields in HB.

The 15 bps bullshi* is the big difference, even team gozo full of nogame clowns shoot our runners in the breakout.
We had to send our front players to theraphy after germany...

It went so far that teams didnt break over the 30 line bunker. Really slow and boring games. And also, did anyone notice that the reffs didnt paintcheck hit players? Didnt matter how high you screamed, they had been shoot with 15 bps by every clown with a machine gun on the first days so they didnt want to go there..

trouble is Mag until that event there were certain teams that had the software to inflict the pain and the laning, but now we all have it! so in essence i think it made for a much more technical approach to the game, and ultimately movement.

we moved alot, ala XBall style, because we found we could now compete with fire power, and let our gun skillz win the battles.

i think the fields played very well except the Tomahawk but i expressed that earlier in the thread.

compared to HB........very similiar i thought, except in HB there were real time machine guns on field, but the layout of the said fields still allowed a reasonable breakout. both events i feel were great, and this seasons new field setups and 'level gun capability' is in my opinion a breath of fresh air

fields where ok!! 15 bps is even better!! we had no problems going to the snake.... the only problem we had we dident win enuff games :D

well it was not bad for the first time pro!

Nick keep the fields coming :p

for all fields:
a little bit too many bunkers -> makes it much harder to move and takes really a long time to read the fields!! walking the fields was almost harder than playing!!
