We have a digi camera linked to the card machine so its done there and then. Far easier. The cards are like credit cards not the player passes like last year.

Sounds good. I take it that once got (so long as we don't loose them) they will be valid at every Millenium tourney for years to come.
Sorry Nick, Maybe I missed the question. I thought it was more look at my predicament! I appreciate the situation you are in, BUT I think we need a full and frank discussion with all the board before we slacken any movement of Pro players.

Nick's dilemma could be another type of thing to be discussed by the same people that are elected to the disciplinary board. Could there be room for a little leeway in extreme circumstances provided it's discussed by an authorised body of representatives from all aspects of the series? Mr Broccoli-Dwarf seems to be an ideal example of the kind of exceptions that could come up, & be used as a test case to see how things could be handled.
