Millenium hopper rule?

What is the Millenium hopper rule as i cant find it, i want to buy camo type of HALO shells but thought that i should check it up with the millenuim rules first, can anyone tell me yes or no? thanx in advance

google is your friend, wasnt too hard to type 'millenium paintball rules' in. These are last years rules and may change:

Loaders (hoppers) cannot be clear and must be made of a single color. Smoked colored hoppers are allowed. Stickers on loaders or other feed devices will not be allowed except for one 5 x 10 cm sticker on each side of the loader or other feeding devices. Colors of stickers may not contain the color orange. Transparent lids on loaders are permitted.

Going by those definitions, i'd say a camo coloured loader is against the rules.

The rule as i under stood it last year was if you could see the colour of the paintballs inside the hopper then you couldnt have it.

Also that there is a one sticker rule as well but not to sure on the size.

Edwards played with a camo one last year and he was ok.

But you can see the balls in a smoked hopper and they say you can have them

with a smoked hopper you dont see the colour of the balls as the plastic is tinted, clear hoppers are banned and you take a chance on whether you'll be allowed on field with camo as strictly speaking it is not allowed but some marshalls will let it go and others will pull it.

I guess that´s the whole reason for this rule since loads of brands make orange coloured balls?!

What is the problem with seeing the colour of the balls and on that note why are orange balls not allowed anyway?
