Can't get my head round the way these divisions are worked out!

SAD FA came third in Div F and have been promoted to Div E.

The Coalition came second in Div F and are still in Div F, it doesn't make sense

I think the idea is that SAD FA will play the highest division with a space as they are not playing for points or prizes.

I hope the divisions are still in progress of being changed. Since it is actually Hostile Takeover(B) who are coming to this tournament and not Hostile Takeover (A) who won their division in MM5. Hostile Takeover(B) came 5th in division F at MM5 . hostile takeover (a) played in the mm 6 tourny last week .
