I believe that there should be a netted area for people who insist on setting up from their team vehicle. We already know that the team set up tent is not big enough and some teams bring thier own tents, but allowing teams to set up markers in a PUBLIC car park has to stop. The main reason you got shooting of the tank etc is that players were allowed to have and set up their markers in the car park. If teams wish to set up from the vehicle we need a netted area for team vehicles.

Big thank you for letting a Shandy Drinking Southern Monkey come and play with all you Northern Monkeys on Sunday. Thoroughly enjoyed the day and special prop's to all Dusted Munkey - Jon, JonT, Mark and Toni (bustin out some Zen shiznit at 13!!!!!!! put me down for a Toni Timmy in about three years time), for letting me guest for em!. Also God, my mum's, your mum's, all me Ho's, all your ho's. Snoop, Dre, 50 Cent, Public Enemy, Chuck D, Nas, Ice Cube, Ice T, Ice Tray, Ice Ice Baby, DMX, Big E, 2-Pac (R.I.P.) and Tim Westwood (the latter lot for helping me get there in an 1hr and 10 mins). Special mention to the Clan for showing us exactly how to play field 3, although we couldn't do it in the 52 seconds, we used all them positive waves in our following game on that field. I last saw Wee-Man heading to the pawn shop with the Clan's Trophy after the presentation muttering something about Ho's and Tennants, anyone seen him yet???? ;)

On the subjective tip, I felt that the standard of Sportsmanship was extremely high and was impressed that despite some hard aggressive games all players shook hands before and then maximum prop's after each game. Special thanks to RDX (top blokes), Troggs (bling bling kit), K5 (done me on the break), Bad Touch Mayhem (first ever Dusted Max), Warlords (crazy run throughs) etc for playing f'kin hard but fair games.

In my opinion, the Marshalling was good, and despite enforcing the rule book more stringently (especially bounce and multiple layers), acted in a fair and reasonable fashion. I think we all see calls that sometimes could go either way but in our games we couldn't dispute their calls (mind you I don't have the cajohonnes or inclination to marshall.....ever).

One other point, I think it would be good to see more Southern Teams play some of this series. Although we have the fledgling M25, there really isn't much excuse not to play at places like Ancaster when teams are making the trip from Scotland, Wales etc. Although saying that, the local pub's may not have enough Blue Nun, Cocktail Umbrella's and Babycham's for our post game drink-ups. And fitting those 4 extra locking wheel nuts to each alloy on me motor was a total waste of time. ;) ;) ;)

Famine,

Okay mate, it was me that made the move to the T bag and was put back in, I watched the video last night and here goes.

I move to the T bag I think your guy is in the back centre but the fast git has moved to the right lie down, as I come out I notice him and sh** myself, hence the wince.

The marshal called to the marshal at my left to check my elbow, he did and pulled me thinking the other marshal had seen a hit, after walking away the marshal runs over and looks to see dry pink paint, you guys were shooting orange as I got a mouthful 2 seconds later and I get put back in.

The learing curve for us is simple, WHITE TOPS are not cool for tournaments, they attract paint and even if it is off the bunker your kinda being doubted, hence we will be changing tops, again, sorry to my darling wife for having to spend more cash ;)

Phew glad that is sorted.

Thanks for all the support, oh and has anyone seen my damn trophy.....

Nearly forgot....52 seconds was Clan but someone did it in 42...geezz thats fast

Just a quick one to say thanks for the confidence jud much appreciated mate.
mistakes happen its the way of the game
I was speaking to one of the marchell's on our field and he beleived that eveyone will try and cheat my opinion was against this as i know of some well deserving teams that play about as fair as they come and they deserve more credit than they have a couple are Red Heat K2 and pimps.

Down to the walker incident whats most likely going on is that this player and done a quick swoop of the arm and the paint is gone.. however once a team/player is know for doing this marchell's take extra notice when they come on to the field.
for cheating they are an embarrasement to their team and if they can play like that its down to them. Walker you play fair and hard mate all's i can say MM is a fantastic tournament who but the upmost efforts into making it run smoothly and im sure they will look into matter of cheating in dept.

thanks for a great event see you all soon
