you are missing the point by assuming that everyone wants to subsidise new teams.

like i said i'm not having a go at the mm / spc bods, just dont like people making assumptions on my behalf.

the rest of your post makes a point of assuming that EVERYONE thinks that a £5 increase is ok.

not getting in to an argument about this.
you made an assumtion that everyone thinks it's ok. obviously some dont.

If you don't like the event, don't play - if you have constructive critisism at least have the deceny of explaining which team you play for. This way it doesnt seem so cloak and dagger.

dude i have never hidden who i play for,
i will still be playing the events, well premier 7's actualy.
was just reinforcing a point that the rule book stated.

Why do people see it as a £5 increase for the normal divisions, instead of a £5 discount for the KOTH teams? :) just a thought...
