Worded as a get out clause more like. I've read the rules post and that many pep's think this means ramping, I took it as bounce like a bitch. This realy does need proper, writen clarification.

We all know the probs with the f stamps so what happens now when some plod in spain or england or france nicks you for illigal markers ???

Baller "but the organisers said i could"

Mill Series "It don't say that in the rules"

Baller "but its implied"

Mill series "whatever"

Plod "come with me your nicked"

Nick, talk to Scutty. You will get your answers

The issue is that there is no test for ramping in the rules, there was last year, but not this year, why remove such a rule if there was to be no change in the make up of the ramping rules....

The rules have been worded such that the MS can officially to the outsider appear to be agianst ramping, and be protected if anyone is caught by police etc.. in countries where paintall is not allowed (Germany specifically). If some player is caught by the police with a ramping gun then the MS do not want the player to be able to turn around and blame them.

Read between the lines, and with all your connections Nick, you know all you have to do is call one of the MS guys

:)

Nope. Because if you use a Ramping gat at a Millennium event then YOU are breaking their rules AND possibly local law. So, YOU are responsible.

The answer is easy... don't use Ramping gats. If you do, you take responsibility for your actions.

That's how I see it.

But if it's like that it's not a very even playing field.

In a way it's like the olympics saying "we're not going to check for drugs so it's ok to use them in compertition but if you get caught by the police it's your own fault"

Extreme example i know but it's not a perticularly good message to be sending out to joe public. If thats how it is its penalising the law abbiding players.
