Actually what they need is a gamecast like ESPN does for almost every game in most major sports (basketball, football, baseball) including the NCAA. In case you don't know what that is its basically a page the automatically refreshes ever 30, 60, or 90 seconds with updated stats like who made/missed shots, who's up to bat, or who scored a touchdown.

In somewhat the same vein, this season the NPPL should have web-radio updates ... stay tuned for more news on this.
